ResNet
Personal and Professional Development Programme for Women Researchers
This programme is designed for women researchers as part of RESNET activities and is
open to all female researchers at UEA. It consists of 3 sessions,
all linked to provide an opportunity for participants to:
Enhance and improve their communication skills
Feel more in control of themselves and their lives
Gain confidence in presenting and decision making
By working together over the 3 sessions,
it will be possible to create a supportive learning environment
where participants can work on their real issues and develop practical
and effective strategies together to address these.

Facilitator: Stephanie Spink MA FCIPD
Stephanie has worked as a trainer, facilitator and coach for over 25 years.
A key part of her work is helping people develop the confidence and skills
to find their true potential and the communication skills to achieve
it.
